The Challenge

Lexa Steakhouse cultivates a retro-sexy vibe with its suggestive name, red furnishings and vintage pinups. But it’s still a modern meat shrine flaunting French influences.

Now Lexa Steakhouse was formed with the key objective of never compromising quality for cost, while offering best meat in town at a fraction of the high-end market price, along with delicious side dishes.

The Solution

To achieve the goals set out, we proposed to design and manage a complete rebranding strategy on their website.

At the core of our strategy was a new reservation system in place, with the key goal of generating online customers more than the walk-ins.

Each of the wbesite page is designed to attract relevant search engine traffic, then drive user interaction and enquiries. It’s this absolute focus on results that has helped Lexa Steakhouse to gain more customers than ever before.

Responsive Web Design

We designed the Lexa Steakhouse website to be fully responsive, optimised for use on a range of mobile devices.

Mobile website design is key to our development process and, since launch, almost 90% of traffic to the new website has come from a mobile device. Because of this, we had to ensure the design and features carry over seamlessly, whether you are viewing the website on a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Features like “Whatsapp Us” and “Reservation” at footer section further drive interactivity on the mobile site, encouraging mobile users to get in touch with Lexa Steakhouse increasing the number of enquiries from mobile users.

Customer-Centric Focus

Every page on the new website is designed to optimize conversion from web visitors to real customers. “Reservation” buttons, coupon and tap-to-WhatsApp phone numbers encourage interaction, enquiries and potential new customers from the website visitors.
